Refund policy
Returns
We are happy to accept returns for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are not available.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift certificates
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Intimate apparel
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email dayna@ladeedah.ca or nikki@ladeedah.ca
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned. Items purchased during a sale promotion may be eligible for return if they are not marked as clearance.
HOLIDAY EXCEPTIONS
T’is the season for buying gifts. Returns and exchanges will be extended for the holiday season. Please mark your purchase as a gift.
All returns will be processed as store credit or exchange. No cash refunds possible.
